At MyPawCove, we offer a 30-day return window. This means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
